Privacy Policy

MR Tradingservice B.V. is the controller for the personal data processed through Sex Events. Our full details are at the bottom of this page. For any privacy question or request, email contact@sex-events.com.

Where an organiser receives your data because you asked to attend their event, that organiser is an independent controller for how they use it afterwards.

• Account data (email address, password hash, account type, and for business accounts the company name, registration number and website). Needed to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Profile data (display name, bio, city and country, date of birth or age confirmation, preferences). Needed so organisers can assess a request to attend. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and your explicit consent for data revealing your sex life or sexual orientation.
• Photos and video you upload to your profile. Stored privately, never public. Legal basis: your explicit consent.
• Event data you publish as an organiser, including approximate location. For private events we store only a rough city level coordinate, never the exact address. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Interest and approval records (which events you asked to attend, the organiser's decision, cancellations and withdrawals). Needed to operate the approval flow. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Messages exchanged after approval, including read status. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Reports and moderation records, including the content of a notice and the action taken. Legal basis: legal obligation and our legitimate interest in a safe platform.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, security and error logs). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security, fraud prevention and reliability.

Information about your presence on an adult platform, your profile content and your interest in particular events can reveal your sex life or sexual orientation. We process that data only on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you create your profile and when you show interest in an event. You may withdraw consent at any time by pausing or deleting your account, without affecting processing already carried out.

• Member profiles sit behind login and carry a noindex instruction, so search engines do not list them.
• Private events are set to noindex and are excluded from our sitemap.
• Your profile, including your photos, becomes visible to a single organiser only when you show interest in their event. It is never shown publicly and never to other members.
• The exact address of a private event is released to you only after the organiser approves your request.
• Interest and attendance are published as counts only. We never disclose who is interested or who is going.
• Business event listings are public by design, including the organiser details you choose to publish.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third party advertising. We share data only with: the organiser of an event you asked to attend; processors who host and operate the platform on our instructions, including our cloud database, storage and email providers, under a data processing agreement; and competent authorities where the law requires it or where we must act on a valid legal request.

Where a processor is outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Account and profile data: for as long as your account exists.
• Photos and video: until you delete them, or until your account is deleted.
• Events: until deleted by the organiser. Expired events remain in a plain archive.
• Messages and interest records: for as long as your account exists, so both parties keep a consistent history.
• Reports and moderation records: up to five years, so we can handle repeat abuse and demonstrate compliance.
• Security and error logs: normally up to twelve months.
• Data we must retain by law, such as invoicing records, is kept for the statutory period.

When you delete your account, your profile is anonymised and your photos, video, events and personal identifiers are erased. Aggregate counts that no longer identify you may remain.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased, the right to be forgotten, by deleting your account from your profile page or by writing to us;
• restrict or object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
• receive your data in a portable, machine readable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, including by pausing your account so your profile is hidden and notifications stop;
• lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or the supervisory authority where you live.

To exercise a right, email contact@sex-events.com. We respond within one month and may ask for confirmation of your identity so we do not disclose your data to someone else.

Data is encrypted in transit, profile media is stored in a private bucket reachable only through short lived signed links, and database access is restricted by row level security so users reach only the records they are entitled to see. No system is perfect, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us at once if you suspect misuse of your account.

We use only what the service needs: a cookie or local storage entry to keep you signed in, a record of your age confirmation so the age gate does not reappear on every visit, and short lived technical entries such as your dismissal of the onboarding block. We do not use advertising cookies or third party tracking pixels. Clearing your browser storage removes these entries and signs you out.

The platform is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly process the data of anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has an account or appears in content here, report it at once through our report page.

We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and material changes are announced on the platform.
